You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return or an exchange.

Our Recommendation: We strongly suggest trying out your projector within the first two weeks of purchase to ensure it meets your specific needs and setup requirements.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unaltered, and unused. It must be in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging, cables, and accessories.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., changed your mind, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. The cost will depend on the courier service you choose.

Jolip Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Jolip will cover all shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.
Refunds & Processing

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Original Shipping Fees: Please note that the original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
